Event Design

Babson College
Originally this was designed as a stage backdrop for Babson College's 2023 graduation ceremony. It ended up turning into the entrance to the graduation tent as the overall event design changed.
Since then Babson has used it each year as the entrance to the graduation tent.
The walls are a recreation of Babson's campus main entrance wall. Most of the grey stone is foam, the rest of the structure is wood and pvc.
Ireland Funds
Ireland Funds wanted a large version of their logo for a photo backdrop and entrance design piece.
The construction is all plywood and MDF. Getting the wood to curve for some of the letters proved to be a bit of a fight, but with a bit of heat and some patience it was able to form the tight bends.

Surf's Up
These stage waves were for a Bravo Bradley beach themed event that was in need of a stage backdrop.
The initial design was done using CAD, then from that design the wave shapes were cut out on a CNC router table.
The whole thing fit together much like a puzzle as it had to be delivered in pieces to fit through the front door and staircase of the event space.
North Pole Express
South Station holds a Polar Express event every Christmas that invites children to take a ride to the "North Pole" to meet Santa. They wanted an archway to greet the guests as they walked to the North Pole Express.
The archway takes inspiration from the main entrance of South Station. The main structure is wood, all of the grey "stone" is foam that has been textured and painted.
So far the arch has been displayed every December since 2022

Once Upon A Time
A large scale story book that was used to greet guests into a Hero's Ball event.
This was a modular design consisting of the right page, left page and back spine. The two pages clamped together in the back of the book and the spine covered the clamping hardware.
The material itself is mostly lumber with the pages being a large print on canvas that is stretched over the wooden framework.

JFK Gazebo
The primary build for this event was the gazebo that had to be delivered in multiple pieces in order to fit through the event tent entrance.
The gazebo consisted of 8 floor sections, 8 wall sections and 8 roof sections that all bolted together on site.
We also fabricated the food station signs and bar back shelves for this event.

Ribbon Tent
This tent was designed and built for a companies' family appreciation day. It was used as the children's dining area.
The tent itself is made of steel and is modular, so it just bolts together on site. The tying of all the ribbons was probably the most time consuming aspect of the whole job.
