Squished!

This was a large Play Doh squisher for a pilot game show from Hasbro. It turned out this large squisher is far more fun to play with than the small plastic ones that you would have had as a kid.

Spettacolari

This was a prop build for an Italian cable provider's commercial. The main structure is comprised of lumber with a foam skin, then sculpted to mimic real fabric.

We had scenics come in to "marbleize" the base and couch to complete the effect.

Tap Wall

Our custom built tap wall. Originally created for a farm themed event, this freestanding tap wall is capable of dispensing 5 different refreshments of your choice.

Logo Circuit

A local car insurance company was looking for some unique furniture to place in their new office.

We took their logo and built a slot car track out of it. The hard part was engineering the curved cross track as one was not commercially available.

The cross track was designed using CAD, then 3d printed it out using a PLA plastic.

Playland

Probably one of the most demanding build's we've had. The entire set was built as modular units at a separate location, then transported to the sound stage and assembled.

We had two weeks to build all of the modular parts and another two weeks to assemble the set on the sound stage.

The set design was done by another designer, but we had to drastically change most of the elements to fit within the stage and be on budget. Mostly it just consisted of scaling down the overall size of the original design and making the set able to be constructed in a way that it could be transported from the shop to the sound stage.

Boston View Kiosk

View Boston was in need of a street side advertising kiosk that would sit outside of the Prudential center in downtown Boston.

One of the design requirements was that the kiosk needed to fit through a regular doorway for storage at the end of the day. The kiosk is designed so that the top and two posts can be removed without tools in 10 minutes and placed in their individual storage canvas bags.

Media Modular Bar

A modular bar set that was built for a local media company's rental fleet. This bar can be arranged in many different orientations creating anything from a small single 6' long bar up to what you see here as a 24' square bar.

Each bar segment locks together and each counter top is removable so that in the future other styles of countertop can be fabricated for use at different events.

Thayer Academy

The Thayer Academy hired us to design and build a rotating set for their "Noises Off" production. My team was only hired to construct the set, so unfortunately I don't have any photos of it with the final coats of paint and set dressed.

The whole set can be rotated with one person. The stair cases are on locking casters and the main two story structure is on a series of 18 wheels and one off center pivot point.

Fireside Chat

Built for a "fireside chat" between two Boston influencers. This fireplace was built in a modular fission so it could be disassembled in order to be transported to the 30th floor for this event.
