MiniVan Conversion
Nissan NV200 van turned into a weekend camper van. The client had purchased this van new and was looking for something to camp in for the summer weekends.

The bench top flips over and a framework slides out to form the bed platform. The client purchased the bench/bed cushions after the van was completed, which is why they are not pictured.

The client also purchased a small battery pack to supply the rear of the van with DC power. I built a small cubby for the battery pack so it could be removed if the client wanted to use it outside or in a tent. The cubby is removable and wired into the van's power source, this way when the van is running the battery pack is getting charged.

This battery pack also runs the water pump for the sink on a dedicated circuit.
Teardrop Trailer Rebuild.
This teardrop trailer was built by the owner years before and had taken on water damage in the rear hatch and galley section.

The original plan was to just repair the hatch, but it turned into a much bigger project. The water damage was too severe and there were a number of structural issues that needed to be addressed.

A new rear hatch was built and a sealing design was used implementing two water tight seals instead of one. The original main roof beam that supported the original hatch was insufficient, so a laminated 3 beam replacement was fitted.

The original interior roof skin, galley wall and complete electrical system were scrapped.
The entire interior was rewired and a new fuse box was built. I also took the liberty of installing a number of electrical outlets in the cabin and galley.
The interior roof skin was replaced with insulation being installed between the outer roof skin and new inner roof skin.
